Summary of Benefits and Coverage
The Affordable Care Act requires a disclosure for Group Health Plans called the Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC). The purpose of this document is to help participants understand their coverage and easily compare coverage options. For applicable HRA and healthcare FSA clients, Ameriflex will automatically provide an SBC at the start of the plan.
